If the answer is yes then read on…. Put simply, this role is about turning everything we sell into vital funds for years to come. And to achieve that, you’ll take responsibility for all aspects of the business, from sales and budgeting, merchandising and promotions, to the recruitment and training of staff and volunteers. It’s about making sure everything is geared up to generate as much cash as possible, and the day-to-day operations run smoothly. To be great in this job you must be able to deliver excellent customer service and chances are you’ll already be working as a retail assistant manager.
